The university complies with Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Executive Order 11246, C.R.S. § 24-34-301 et seq., and § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
